A custom run starts with your artwork. We separate it colour by colour, cut it to film, and proof scale and placement on your actual garment size — chest, sleeve or full back.
Each colour is burned onto its own screen, then we pull two full test prints, cure them, and wash one. The run only starts when both pass. Then it is one colour, one pass at a time, flash-cured between layers.
