How we work
From blank garment to wearable graphic
Scroll through a run with us — each step lights up as you read. This is the same process behind every piece in the shop.
Artwork & film
Your graphic is separated colour by colour and cut to film. We proof scale and placement on the actual garment size — chest, sleeve side or full back.
Screens get burned
Each colour is exposed onto its own mesh screen, washed out and checked against the light. A crisp stencil is the whole secret.
Test pulls
We print two full test pulls on spare fabric, cure them, wash one — and only start the run when both pass inspection.
The run
One colour, one pass at a time. Water-based inks are pulled across soft-washed garments, flash-cured between layers.
Cure, fold, number
Every piece is heat-cured for wash-fastness, folded, and stamped with its batch number before it reaches the rail.
